Header Menu Suddenly Broken

I looked at a site I’ve built today and the menu in the header is suddenly broken. I can’t locate the issue. If anyone can help me that would be great. Everything is up to date.

If I make my browser a bit a narrower, the menu doubles. This indicates a problem with your media query CSS
