Give this a shot: http://pastebin.com/d7R0pBcV
That being said, I’m not seeing any custom code in there. Is there any reason you’re not just using the theme’s header.php file?
I am using a child theme with a modified header.php, too (been a while since I set it up and many too-short nights with a baby now for me to remember exactly why), but I have the same issue. My Header has disappeared.
Here is my header.php
All good. I followed your instructions from the above link posted by Romanko.
I just needed to make sure that the php before that section was “closed” to avoid an error by popping a ?> at the end, then pasting the logo bit… hope that maybe helps Romanko?

Hi there,
It doesn’t look like you’re using GeneratePress. You’ll need to ask the developer of your theme.
