Header jpeg arrives too small!

    I’ve been trying to replace the image in my header, and following the directions I’ve uploaded the header image only to see it hit the site far smaller than it should.

    I have not found the ability to enlarge it. Any ideas?

    Theme is rockinbizred3col 1.2
