Header In Wrong Place — IE Only

My header looks fine in all browsers except IE, where it’s shoved off to the right. I recently put the wp title call 999 to the left to avoid superimposing it over my header. I suspect this is the problem, though the header didn’t quite display properly in IE even before that.

I do have a styleie.css, but it’s very short, so I really don’t know what to do here:

padding-left:15px;
}

#blog_center #blog_comm{
margin-left:15px;
}
