    How do I have a different header image on different pages. Pretty new to WP, so may have missed the obvious solution. Any help appreciated

    totally depends on which theme you are planning to use.

    Twenty Eleven – OK, thanks, I will have a look around for something that will support.
    Anything you know supports this?

    Twenty Eleven will use the ‘featured image’ of a page as header, if the image is at least 1000px wide;

    using forum search, you might be able to find forum topics dealing with that as well

    I had tried that. No worries – I will think about this later – other things to do for now. I appreciate your help, thanks very much.
