Header Image Won't Show

    [ Moderator note: title fixed, please refrain from using “help” in the title. ]

    I’m trying to upload a header on a custom design in Twenty Ten. I’ve uploaded it in “Header” option in Appearance and hit “save”. It’s there. But it doesn’t show up on the blog itself. Please help! I’m at my witts ends.

    I tried Googling it but there seem to be eight hundred options to fix it – I’ve tried a few but none seem to work. I disabled all plugins but it didn’t change anything.

    Seems to be working for me though it took quite a while to load the images – the background image in the CSS here?

    #branding {
    background-image: url("http://www.thelilcupcake.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/header.png");

    Try clearing your browser cache.

    Thank you so much!

    I just heard from the original designer and it was actually coded into the design. She’s provided me with help to find it.. I’ll work on images and background.
