Header image not displaying on mobile

    When I preview my site in the customizer, my header image displays fine, but when I actually load it on my phone, it’s just a gray bar.

    Hello @jilletante,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    This theme has header image setting to show sub header image. Please go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Appearance Settings >> Header Image settings and then upload your image here. Now click on the top Publish button to save this image.

    Now check your website again.

    I had already followed all those steps. The problem is that the header image doesn’t display on mobile, even though it shows up in the preview in the customizer. It displays fine on desktop.

    We have tested your website http://aboutyoubyme.com in mobile devices, but your header image also displaying in mobile. We didn’t find this type of issue on our end.

    Can you tell us which mobile you have checked your site? then we can check it again.

    We have tested your website https://g17enugustate.org/ and found that you have activated a wp-base theme. Please activate our Business-A theme on your site and configure customizer settings of the theme. After that, you will see the theme header in your site.

    @webdzier I’m still not seeing a header image on mobile—Safari or Chrome on iOS. Just a grey bar. Is there an email address I can send a screen grab to?

    We have fixed Header Image issue in IOS and Chrome in mobile. Kindly update your theme on your website. And “Refresh” your website again.
