Check the name of the image – it is absolutely right ?
househuntinglogo.jpg
is not the same as
househuntinglogo.JPG for instance

Your white screen is because all of your source code is gone. What did you do? You renamed the folder, is that all?

It was HouseHuntingLogo.jpg. I changed that, but still only white.
Thanks,

Yes. All I did rename Batavia 1.5 to Batavia. All of the files are still there.

That works……
In the theme file, delete index.php
Upload another from the theme
Ok! Now in the css, change background to background-image, and I think there is a line break in the file name too, so delete that.

After I changed the folder back to Batavia 1.5 everything worked. It doesn’t look right, but that’s the .jpg design and nothing to do with WP or the theme.
I greatly appreciate all of the help you two gave me. You guys really are the best.
Now I have to go figure out how to make that banner look good. Or go find another theme.
Thanks a million,
Knox

Oriecat, What will that change do?

Make the image appear? π
The image still doesn’t show in FF. I just checked in IE and see that it does show there, but it is repeating.

The image is there, it’s just not a good banner for that particular theme. I guess that’s the issue. I don’t know why the logo is duplicated to the right and why it’s cut off. I think I saw a post earlier about using particular sized banners with this theme.

Hmmmm, I have no clue why it wouldn’t be appearing on Firefox.
Because it’s not set as a background-image.
