How do you add your header image? I can see why it’s being covered up but the relevant code is being added by a script in the theme or a plugin. The theme is Kubrick (the default theme) but I can’t find any reference to this type of header addition in the current version of Kubrick.
I didn’t intentionally add any scripts or plugins. I just tried to replace the header image with my own and add the menu bar at the top. I’m not sure how to answer your questions. I really appreciate your help by the way. Thank you.
The issue is with the following lines in your page <head></head> section:
<style type='text/css'>
<!--#header { background: url('http://www.peppermakepeace.com/blog/wp-content/themes/default/images/header-img.php?upper=009999&lower=009999') no-repeat bottom center; }
#headerimg h1 a, #headerimg h1 a:visited, #headerimg .description { color: #FFFFFF; }
--></style>
Did you add this?
No, but maybe I screwed it up when I was trying to edit it. How can I change it to be correct?
I’m not convinced you’ll find it in header.php but you could try. My guess is that it’s being added via the them. But Kubrick doesn’t allow for that kind of change. Or at least hasn’t for a long while.
