Header help for newbie

    My theme is cadillac and i cannot find where i can change the header information. i have updated the telpehone number everywhere on the site but these ones still remain on all pages except the home page.

    Can anybody give me advice on how to change a tarrif for quote on site also.

    i am a complete novice
