Header, Footer on Mobile

    Header and Footer will not appear at all on mobile. I have tried the following to fix it with no luck:

    • “Entire Site” condition
    • Advanced > Responsive toggle
    • Increasing “Z” value
    • Clear cache
    • Temporarily disable theme
    • Set all pages to “Default template” (and not Elementor Canvas)

    Any other ideas?
