Header/Footer and Theme Options issue

Hello,

I am in serious need of assistance. My site was running fine when I left Friday. Monday I came in and the header and footer seems to not be styled and the Theme Options menu looks unstyled…..making it unuseable. I imagine that these issues are part of the same issue.

Another issue that I am seeing is the images throughout the site are scaled to 100% and the Fusion Slider is not loading.

Please if you have any info to help me…I would be very grateful. I have spent hours upon hours trying to figure this out.
