Header doesnt fit on 1920×1080 screen

    Hi,
    I created a picture for the header with the recommended size 1280×416 but on screens with resolutions of 1920×1080 it doesn’t fit well. It is a picture with overlayed text and half of text on bottomline is missing also the image is not sharp and not proportional.
    I changed “background-size” from 100% to cover but this is no solution because ist to small.
    This issue is on Internet-Explorer and Firefox. Chrome work better but no sharp image.

    what can i change to resolve this problem?
