Header cuts off when browser window not maximized (please help)

I created a site for a church using Artisteer, What it tends to do is cuts the header image when you view the browser as “restore down”.

When it is maximized it is fine. I have contacted Artisteer and they have been no help and their forums either. Can someone please help me with this I have searched and have gotten no results.
