Header changes and banding appearing

Hi all
Im using the Avada theme for my photography site:
I installed demo contact and just started adding my own images however some how this grey padding has appeared at the top of the page. Ive not changed any settings or made any changes to the padding settings.
Before, the slider covered the whole page when loading without the grey band at the top and my logo was inside the slider and didnt move. Ive also made no changes to the header position – and it has done this on all pages
Any suggestions to has whats happened here at all?

Avada is a premium theme. Maybe it’s better get support with who developed.
