Header background image not changing position/size

    Hello,

    I’m trying to set a background image in Customizer → Header → Main Row → Design → Background (Image).
    The image shows up, but no matter what I do, it always stays fixed in one corner. Options such as Background Repeat, Background Size (Auto/Cover/Contain), Background Position (Left/Center/Right) have no visible effect.

    It looks like the settings are being ignored. I want the image to be centered and stretched full width across the Main Row, but it never changes.
