header background image

    Hi . The site you linked may be using the version from the theme website. It contains an option to upload a header image. The image on davidtann.net is 1380×300.

    Hi,

    So with the current version im using now, how can i change the background header image? Kindly advise

    Here are a couple of options:
    1. Copy header.php to a child theme and modify it as discussed in this Codex article.
    2. I did a quick mock-up using only css and pasted the code on Pastebin. The images aren’t responsive so it still needs some adjustments, but it works in concept.
    3. Use one of the several plugins available for inserting header images.
