    How to bring up the menu Header at the appearance in the wordpress 3.1 because while changing the theme, the menu headers in appearance to be missing

    Can see all that with the default Twenty Ten theme? If you can, then its possible that the theme you are changing to is either incompatible with 3.1 or broken
