Header as shown on screenshot?

    How can I setup the header as shown on theme’s screenshot? I tried all of the settings in customizer but couldn’t figure it out.

    I am working on local so don’t have a link yet.

    Ohh.. Found it. It is in widgets & I was searching in customizer.
