Header and footer are missing in theme customizer

    Hi there,

    Im pretty new to wordpress and building websites in general. So I apologize in advance for any mistakes I’m not aware of.

    I was playing around in my Brizy builder and made a contact form. Now everything went well until I wanted to add a header (that contains a logo, menu and button) and footer (little menu) with the theme customizer. When I’m in the customizer the header and footer simply won’t show up in the preview. I’ve tried switching to another theme (Blocksy to Neve) but they still won’t show up.

    Anyway thanks in advance, this really is bothering me for a few days so I’ll appreciate all the help I receive.
