Header ad not responsive

Well I have my site almost looking the way I have envisioned, but I still have a problem’ and I am crying uncle. I searched the forums for my answer before posting. Also I am not an expert, I have been able to accomplish most of my CSS modding just from tinkering around. My theme is gamepress with the gamepress-pro child theme. My site is vrerace.com. My problem is my ad banner is not responsive on mobile devises. Everything else is perfect on mobile devices! I am going to include the ad code I am currently using.
