head php code error

    I have also had a problem with inserting a smart, in the head php code and one this ^ were unexpected and that mess it all up and its can’t not show my page up and I can’t do anything because there is an error.I have two account and I have created another one in order to contact you, my other account can’t work at the moment because of the problem with the head php code, and its seems to be an error with everything.

    I can’t access my website admin panel now, there is a problem with the head php code there is an unexpected sign that its blocking it all up.

    using FTP http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients, try to install a fresh copy of your theme; or at least try to upload an unedited version of the file /lib/custom-header.php of your theme.

    what theme are you using?
    where did you download it from?
