hd webplayer

I’m trying to use the hd webplayer to play movies uploaded onto my server at godaddy, i am typing in the url and it just isn’t working,when i hit play i get { netstream.play.stream not found. } I have tried several differnt formats, could any one tell me the preferred format or give me a good example of what my direct url should look like so I can get this thing to work. Thanks.
