hCaptcha Verify Error

Tried registering as a new user and shows popup "if you see this message, hCaptcha failed to load due to site errors". Then shows message "Too few arguments to function hCpatcha\LearnPress\Checkout::verify(1), 1 passed in /var/www/vhosts/training.wihealthyaging.org/httpdocs/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 353 and exactly 3 expected."

Seems to actually log someone in then - but has the errors that makes it seem like it doesn't work.
