Having trouble uploading images

    Hey, I am trying to upload images to a new portfolio on my site and every time I do it just gives me the loading bar with the screen all grey…. any help would much appreciated.

    Did you try using a different browser?

    yes I have used both firefox and safari

    These are the standard troubleshooting steps:

    Clear any site, server and browser caches.

    Try deactivating all your plugins and resetting the plugins folder (using FTP rename the plugins folder to pluginsHOLD temporarily)

    Clear any site, server and browser caches.

    Switch to the default WP theme.

    Clear any site, server and browser caches.

    See if that fixes it. If so, reverse the above steps one by one to see what’s causing the problem.

    If not, post back and we’ll try the next things.
