Having trouble adding new wordpress

Hi,

I’m having trouble adding new wordpress.

I’ve already got one wordpress blog, and trying to create one more wordpress page, I faced a problem.

So, the steps I took was
1) ‘ADD NEW WORDPRESS’ at My Site page,
2) chose any theme,
3) entered a domain name on the box, (checked and a free one selected)
4) selected the free plan,

5) found a page saying, “Almost done!”,

and it ain’t.

I’m seeing a little flickering dot next to the text, ‘Adding your domain’, for hours.
I checked my internet connection(totally fine), and even tried with a different PC and failed again at the exactly same stage.
Nothing seems to work, and I can’t create a new wordpress blog any more.

Anyone knows why it’s stuck on that particular stage and not letting me go through??
