Having problems with Meteor plugin

I am using Meteorslides in Weaver II Pro, and I created one Meteor slideshow with no problem. Now I want to create another, but when I try to add slides to a new slideshow, it doesn’t work. I choose “set featured image” which takes me to the page to add the image from my media library, I select the image I want to use and choose “use as featured image” and wait for “done” but then…nothing happens. I do not get returned to the slideshow page, the image does NOT get added to the slideshow…nothing. The new slideshow, which exists in the slideshow list, doesn’t show up in the widget as a choice, so I can’t even send you a link to look at since I can’t add it to a page, even using a shortcode. Nothing is working like it did when I set up the first slideshow. I’ve tried deleting the slideshow and starting again from scratch, but that hasn’t helped. I’ve spent two days trying to figure this out, and I need help.
