Having problems uploading images!

Having serious issues! Done EVERYTHING every other forum has told me to do but my files look like they’re uploading and then it’s a blank square with a cross in the middle. Really want to add them to my post, they’re small enough etc. I’m getting quite frustrated so need help ASAP plz

Try deactivating all plugins and switching to a default theme.

Have you checked the file permissions on your server?

Yes because I changed it back after testing whether the image worked.

I’m in the middle of trying to write a post but without my pictures, I’m at a dead end.

Can’t help you without going through the standard troubleshooting steps. Looks like you have twentytwelve – good. But try turning off JetPack too – it causes problems sometimes.

What are the file permissions set to?

Also check to see if anti-hotlinking is enabled on your server?
