Having issues with comments… Will pay for help

If a WordPress expert can Email or IM with me and fix it I can pay you something for your time through Paypal. I don’t think it will take too long and also don’t think it’s a major problem, but I’m trying to get a forum board type of reply system below articles. I’ve installed many plugins, but no matter what I install, whether it’s sexy comments or one of the others, it doesn’t work perfectly. I think there’s something missing from my comments loop, but I’m not sure.
