Having errors about files missing at top of wordpress

I keep getting these errors at the top of wordpress.

files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/jamest5/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/jamest5/public_html/wp-content/db.php.
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/jamest5/public_html/wp-content/object-cache.php.

Also I can’t search new plugins.
I deleted a couple that were not working and am trying to search for them but nothing happens. Just like the plugin search isn’t working.
Any advice would help.
