Have hidden blog posts?

is there anyway in wordpress to where i can create a category, where any post in there is hidden to everyone but admins? i dont like the password box thing when u password a post, so i dont wanna do that, id rather hide it all together , and have the post only appear to admins or a certain group of users.. how can i do this?
