In the ‘Appearance’ menu, you choose Theme Settings
The Author option gives you your answer.
You choose one user of your wordpress blog.
After you go the ‘Users’ menu, you edit the chosen user. The text published to the left of the image header is what you write in the ‘Biographical Info’ text field.
