    Sorry you are having problems with the plugin, it should clearly cope with this situation. Thank you for letting me know and especially for the image showing the problem, I will run some tests this evening/tomorrow morning and see if I can get a fix released soon.

    Hi Tombik,

    I have just updated the plugin to version 1.5.4, this should resolve the problem you are having.

    The plugin tries to use the twitter entity data to replace hashtags by default, but if the host PHP does not have access to the mb_ (Multibyte) functions it reverts to regex. The regex wasn’t capable of handling words with diacritics in, so was failing to match the whole word.

    This should be fixed now, please let me know how it goes.
