• I have the free version. I like the simple layout, and it is fast–but a few issues. I works fine for different unique users.

    If the “same” user finishes the chat, but posts another comment–the chat text goes into the users archive–and I can’t reply. I have to delete my registered website instance, and start a new login. I know on the free version we have no archive facility–which is a bit of a downer for me, sorry.

    I also have to log back in and out if “I” finish the chat, and later the same user comes back on. The user gets no notification if I finish the chat. The archive is created within my registered website instance on the chat site, which can’t be deleted unless I delete the whole website instance–and log back in. But that same users new text can’t be replied to, because it is attached to the archive. The free version I can’t use while the above issues exist. But keep improving this, I think this could be a winner!
