Harmonic Theme not scrolling

The Harmonic theme features a single front page which scrolls through different background images and different sections (located on the footer). However I cannot seem to find out how to recreate this feature or add these sections. I’ve gone through the customizer, through customize theme and added different backgrounds in the different sections. Still nothing, no scrolling through different background images, no different sections, so I’m stuck. I absolutely love this theme, can anyone please assist? I’d greatly appreciate it.
