Hangs on publish

    We are currently developing a site using this plugin, but from one day to the other we’re unable to publish new events. We can enter information just fine, but if we click the Publish function the AJAX spinner next to it just rotates, but does not publish anything. We’re launching next week; please advise.

    Hiya,

    It’s likely that another plugin or your theme has introduced a Javascript error into your dashboard.

    The best way to check is to disable all other plugins, and switch to the default theme.

    If you are then able to publish events, it would confirm that a conflict exists. Simply re-activate your theme and plugins one-by-one until the problem re-appears, showing which plugin/theme causes the error.

    Removing a custom Events Manager template solved the issue.
