I don't know how to install plugin

    Obviously I am setting up a social network site on wordpress however for some reason after installing halosocial clicking on settings it just shows a blank page. I have tried this on both Linux and Windows 10 and still shows a blank page and I can’t finish installing Halosocial.

    The version I have is Version: 1.0.10. I have tried downloading it from WordPress itself and also wordpress plugins.

    Any reason my and how can I fix this please.
