hacked site?

Hi,

It seems my site has been hacked.
If i look into recent activity I see that users visited some strange url on my site.

For example, I see this strange url that was visited: http://MY_DOMAIN/address-tracker-using-mobile-number

If i put in browser the url from above it goes to a strange website.
I don’t have any post or page like this.

Where I should look first? To see what changes has been made in order to redirect the above url to that strange site?

I’ve did also a malware scan and everything seems ok.
