Hacked, need help cleaning up

    Hello. New user here.

    I am the IT guy and one of my clients got their WP site (hosted at GoDaddy) hacked. I helped them change passwords and get the site going again, and the home page looks okay. But if you view the source of the home page, you get this:

    <div class=”contentnano1″>
    <p>[And at this point there are all sorts of links to drug sites, etc.]

    I don’t think this stuff exists in a PHP file, I think it is in the database somewhere, but I’m not sure where to look for it.

    Any ideas where to start?
