Hacked by hacker (cont)

Hi,

My site (http://www.mikespics.ca) got hacked about a month ago and I still haven’t gotten it up and running.
-I got my admin password back, I cleaned up the necessary files (index.php and removed index.html) but unfortunately I didn’t have backups of the necessary index.php file.

The issue now is that I can’t get onto my dashboard and it frustrates me. And when I was able, I wasn’t able to even look at any of the pages that I did have up.

Now, after trying to fix it up, I get no formatting whatsoever either.

I know, it’s a mess now but I am trying to get this up and running again without having to reinstall wordpress and losing everything.
