hacked

hi wondering if anyone can put my mind at ease because its too late at night to get hold of my web guy.
My wordpress blog has been blocked by google as having a virus, i recently updated a new version today (not sure if that relevent) but its also blocked access to my admin login.
Is all my content still there and will I be able to fix things through the ftp server?
help me 🙁
