Gzip enabled but not working

Hi, i have enabled gzip compression but it is not working. Gtmetrix page speed test is saying to enable gzip compression(it is F(0) ).
before i enable gzip plugin. After enabling gzip there is no change..Please provide any solution..thanks in advance
