Hi @derlehre ,
Thanks for explaining it so clearly. I was able to reproduce it on
my side right away, so I know exactly what you’re running into.
It’s a genuine bug, and the good news is it’s already fixed in
Masteriyo 3.4.0, which came out on 2 September. I tested your exact
steps on that version, and the table inserts normally now.
Could you check which version you’re on? It’s under Plugins in your
WordPress admin. If it’s older than 3.4.0, updating should sort it out.
Also, just so you’re not worried about it, this isn’t an RTL issue.
It happened on our English site too. Your language setup isn’t the cause.
If you’re already on 3.4.0 and still stuck, tell me and I’ll take
another look.
Hello dear @sauravkhanal
I have 2.3.3
To install the new big update, should i delete my courses and update Masteriyo lms and then recreate my courses? Because i checked the latest update on WordPress playground, and the course builder changed in the the new update.
No need to delete anything at all. Just update the plugin as normal.
Your courses, lessons, students and orders stay exactly as they are.
About the version number, 2.3.3 to 3.4.0 looks like a huge leap, but
it isn’t. Your 2.3.3 came out on 12 August, only three weeks before
3.4.0. We merged the free and pro version numbering onto one line, so
the number jumped even though very little time passed.
The builder does look different, yes. That’s a redesign of the
interface, not a reset; your existing courses just open in the new
one. Nothing to rebuild.
I’d still take a backup before updating, as you would with any plugin,
but there’s nothing unusual to worry about here.
Thank you dear @sauravkhanal
