Gutenberg Image dimension resize not working

Hi,

I am currently redesigning my website with a new theme that uses CSS.

I am now editing my posts but I have noticed that all my images are very large by default and if I change the size with gutenberg then it doesn’t work.

With this I mean that the image size changes in the gutenberg editor but when I look at the preview or final page then the image is not in the desired size.

Can you please help?
