Gutenberg editor as like wp_editor()

Hi guys , i want to know any hook , or function which allow me to add gutenber editor like most people add in there theme options or in plugin by wp_editor()

if there is no options how theme page builder guys do that ??
how they do that https://visualcomposer.io/help/content-elements-structure/gutenberg-element/,

they are using it like wp_editor() , please help me to achieve this functionality
