Gutenberg Block Access Management

Hello,

Your plugin is fantastic and it meets most of my requirements for granular control of all the WordPress options.

I have a couple of things I need to be able to control and was wondering if I could put in a PR to add these or if you have something in the works for these options.

The first thing is granular control to the Gutenberg blocks for each user on every post type. In my head this would look like another button on the side menu called Gutenberg Blocks or something the like. The button would open a modal window similar to the other buttons but it would be populated with every Gutenberg block for each post type which the admin then can use to control what other roles have access to.

The other thing is to extend the Posts Edit Access modal. I see that you are able to to allow/restrict access for post ids, categories and authors. However I was hoping to also be able to restrict access to post types as well. In my head I was thinking that in a group of people (team), lets say Bob is able to edit/control Bills ‘Messages’ but not his ‘Pages’ or ‘Newsletters’ but the team leader ‘Barry’ has access to both Bills and Bobs posts (‘Messages’, ‘Pages’ and ‘Newsletters’). from looking at the current functionality, it doesn’t seem to allow for such a fine level of granularity unless of course I’m completely missing the point of this feature.

I would be happy to submit a pull request with the changes I have described or work with you on this as necessary.
