Hey Kevin,
Are you using version 0.5.24 or better? When you say freeze, the scanner bar never finishes?

Hey Cory,
Yup, I’m using v0.5.24. Right so after about 5 secs actually everything freezes. Other than the loading icon animation, the whole browser freezes and I can’t interact with the admin at all. I also can’t access my inspector to see what might be happening.
That is very odd… Have not seen that before. If you want to submit a support ticket I can have a look at your site when I get some free time…

Thanks Cory I’ll keep you updated. I’ll troubleshoot a little bit and let you know when I push the relevant gulp files onto the server so you can see for yourself.
Hi
I was wondering whether you had found a solution. I too have this issue, using the Sage Framework with gulp files running on MAMP. I have tried accessing my site through the mamp localhost rather than gulp, it is taking a long time to scan the site.
Kind Regards and thanks in advance

Hey Nfputtick,
So the scan just freezes and never finishes? If your on Chrome you might try to “Ctrl + Shift + I” then click on the console tab to see if there are any JavaScript errors.
Thanks~
Well dang, I’m having the same issue it seems. Running Gulp with MAMP.
Viewing the debugger in FF, looks like the following script gets hung and won’t allow the scan to continue and it freezes…
wp-includes/js/wp-emoji.min.js
You may try and create a filter on the root directory to see if something in your file paths is causing issues…
