  • Hi I paid for and had a Guided Transfer take place on my site overnight Australian time. Since then members are emailing me saying none of their posts are showing since last night. I cant make a new page, it tells me Im not authorized to even see the preview.I am the one and only admin.

    I have emailed support I am supposed to get which is included and nobody has replied.You think the first day I could contact someone with teething problems.This is not good enough, I have a large site that was working one day and now is not, through no fault of my own…Not happy guys

    It seems it is an incomplete transfer. From where did you transfer? To which new site?

    From a wordpress.com hosted site that mapped to my domain aussiecriminals.com.au.I got an email that was sent around 3am to say dont change anything until I get another one saying transfer is complete.

    Later this morning another one came saying all complete. with details etc…

    Well, you have to contact WordPress.com with details of the problem, most probably, incomplete transfer, or whatever you find as the problem.

    Yes I have posted both there and here as I do not know who’s problem it is now they moved my site over. But getting no support on the very 1st day is very poor in my view.

    What is the point of paying $129 when you are left high and dry.The site should be tested etc at least.It was working perfect yesterday…Thanks for your replies though…Cheers
