Guest Post Plugin with Buddypress

Hello I am looking for something that can integrate with Buddypress and allow users to post something like a kickstarter campaign. Basically I will have fields that are required to fill out they will post it.

The other complicated side to this is I want the user to invite someone else thought the website or social media like Facebook to their post and create a counterpost that people can vote on. so on the same page there will be 2 posts and people vote on which one they like more. Is there a plugin for this or is this something that needs to be custom made?
