    Hi,

    Is gmetrix disagreeing with caching settings or something else? The pasted text doesn’t seem to provide any indication of what problem it is identifying.

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill

    Hi Drew,

    Afraid so mate, I’ve edited the images then re-added the images as 200×247 to my server, then amended the rotator to say ‘no scaling /show as much as…”

    The rotator dimensions & background colour is set as 960 x 300 but i used the inspect element tool in Chrome to get the right image size, then as above edited the images to suit.

    Hi,

    Can you please confirm the exact text of the error that’s being generated? In other words, under what heading do the warnings quoted above appear?

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill

    Hi,

    Thanks for the clarification. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to add dimensions within the editor. If you wish, you can manually edit the rotator’s HTML code (in this file: wp-content/uploads/EasyRotatorStorage/user-content/erc_94_1369151889/content.html) and add dimensions as long as you have “No Scaling” set as the scaling mode. However, this is not an officially-supported change.

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill

    Hi Drew,

    I amended the exact document and added the dimensions but it still did nto work, as an example;

    <img class=”main” src=”assets/xfs_200x247_s80_home%20broadband-0.jpg” width=”200″ height=”247″ alt=”Home Broadband” />

    Your input is very much appreciated.

    Hi,

    Also make sure you’ve updated the <img class="thumb" ... lines that closely follow the class="main" lines.

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill

    Hi Drew,

    Adding the dimensions as stated above, no joy mate. Look slike i won’t get that elusive 100%.

    Appreciate the help.

    Hi Lee,

    I checked the source code at http://lionstelecom.lionstelecomserv.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/EasyRotatorStorage/user-content/erc_94_1369151889/content/content.html but still don’t see the dimensions on the thumb images. Are you still working on this same rotator, or did the page maybe not get updated properly?

    (Please note that the rotator cannot be viewed directly through this page, but I’m looking at the source code, which is used by the plugin to display the rotator in your actual page.)

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill

    Hi mate,

    I had to pull it & put the original back in as it was causing speed/loading delays..
